Australia is the world’s second-largest wagyu beef producer. The country has an incredible reputation for producing clean, green, and ultra-high quality beef. Australian Wagyu beef is slightly different from its Japanese counterpart, in the sense that it is not as “sweet” but has a much more pronounced “beef” flavor that many Americans are familiar with. We cannot recommend getting your hands on this absolutely mouth-watering delicious beef and serving it up for your next meal.
